How a brand uses its brands.best page
A practical guide: what to put on the page, where to share the address, and how to keep the customers who liked you.
A brands.best page is one official address for everything a customer looks for: the shop, the stockists near them, the latest launch, every channel the brand runs. This guide goes through it in the order a brand sets it up. The short version of how it works is on How it works; what each plan includes is on Pricing.
What to put on the page
The rows most brands need, in the order customers use them.
Shop the brand
Your own online store, first on the page, so the customer who already chose you buys from you.
Find a stockist
The page of your site that lists the shops carrying the brand, or the stockists themselves, one row each.
Your own stores
If the brand has shops of its own: the addresses, the opening hours and a map link.
The latest launch
The new collection, product or campaign. Change the row when the launch changes; the address stays the same.
Your channels
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn: every account the brand runs, regional ones included, once each.
Official storefronts
The stores you run on marketplaces, so a customer can tell yours from a reseller's.
Customer care
Contact, delivery and returns, product care: the questions customers ask after they buy.
Newsletter
A sign-up for your mailing list.
Press, trade and careers
A press kit, the wholesale enquiry for shops that want to stock you, and the jobs page.
There is no limit on the number of rows on any plan, so the page can carry everything — but a short page with the shop on top works harder than a long one. More on rows on All your links in one place.
Setting it up, step by step
An afternoon's work, most of it deciding what goes first.
Claim the name
Take brands.best/yourname — the brand's name, as customers say it. It is free on every plan.
Describe the brand
Write two or three sentences about the brand and what you want on the page. With Prompt It (Pro and Premium) the page is laid out from that description; you can also add and order the rows yourself.
Put the shop and the stockists first
Order the rows the way a customer decides: buy online, find it near you, the latest launch, then everything else.
Share one address everywhere
The same address on every profile, every package, every campaign and every email.
Invite customers to Super Follow
In the box, in the order confirmation, on launch day: one tap and they follow the brand's own address.
Prompt It is described on Your hub, in one prompt: ten prompts a month on Pro, twenty-five on Premium.
Where to share the address
Print it once, share it everywhere, and point every road at one page.
Every social profile
The website field of each account the brand runs, regional and support accounts too, so every profile leads to the same page.
Packaging and inserts
On the box, the label or the card inside it — as a QR code or written out. What sits behind it can change; the print does not have to.
Campaigns
End cards, posters, shop windows, event stands: one line that sends people to the brand rather than into a search.
Your stockists
Give the address to the shops that carry you, for their own pages and for the material you send them.
Email
Staff signatures, order confirmations and the footer of your newsletter.
Customer care
When someone asks which account is the real one, the answer is one address anyone can check.
Keeping the customers who liked you
Super Follow, private links and messages, in a year of launches and restocks.
Super Follow is the button on every brands.best page, on every plan. A customer who taps it follows the brand's own address rather than one account inside one app, so the list of people who want to hear from you stays with the brand. Ask for it where customers are keenest: in the box, in the order confirmation, on launch day. See Super Follow.
Private links, from Pro, are rows that stay shut until a customer Super Follows, and open for them when they do: early access to a launch, the date of the next restock, a code for followers, the lookbook before it goes public. See Private links.
Messages, on Premium, reach every Super Follower in their super box, with no feed ranking them: launch day, a restock, a new stockist in their city. A welcome message can go out on its own to everyone who follows. Write the way you would want a brand to write to you — rarely, and only with news worth having. See Send messages.
When to move to your own address
brands.best/yourname, then yourbrand.brands.best.
brands.best/yourname is free forever. From Pro, the page moves up to an address of its own, yourbrand.brands.best: shorter to print, and it reads as the brand's address rather than a page on ours. Pro also removes the hub's branding, lets you set your own template and colors, and adds first-party click analytics, so you can see which rows customers actually use. See Your brand. At the Best address.
Premium is for the brand that needs proof it is the real one: a certified account badge, a priority abuse and support desk, enhanced content, fonts and layouts, and advanced click and follower statistics.
